I have a 1 week timeshare in Grand Cayman that I would like to sell. It is at 7 mile Beach resort on 7 mile Beach. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 6. It is Interval International affiliated and the Maintenance fee is $415/yr. I was told at the time of sale that it is a deed but not sure if this is true and may be a lease. Either way it is until year 2091. This week is floating and the maintenance fee for 2001 is not yet paid. I do have year 2000's week banked with interval and I believe this will be transferable with the sale. I am up for all or any offers on this property.
