The timeshare is located at the Kimberling Inn Resort in Kimberling City, Missouri just outside of Branson, Missouri.

It sits right on TableRock Lake, a huge popular lake nestled in the Ozark mountains. There are 3 restaurants, two outdoor pools, and indoor pool, playgroound, fitness room, and conference meeting place. There are also boat docks.

We have a two bedroom/two bath condo which sleeps 6 (a pull out couch). There is a full kitchen and washer/drier. Our week floats, so we can book upon availability, so some years may have a lake view and if booked late, you may get a one bedroom, etc.

It is officially listed as week 52 so every leap year we get two weeks.

If you're a member of RCI, we're in the red season so trade-ability it high.

Kimberling City is minutes from Branson, Missouri with dozens of attractions, shows, and exciting family entertainment. Talking Rocks Cavern and Silver Dollar City are also popular attractions nearby. You can download pictures at the website of Kimberling Inn Resort and Conference Center.

Asking price is $5900, but willing to negotiate. Maintenance Fees are due every two months $60 making a total of $360 per year.
