This site was created by a Timeshare owner frustrated by the efforts of many so-called Timeshare Resale Agencies to relieve him of his hard earned cash.

The Timeshare Resale industry has a terrible reputation and it is easy to see why. There are many cons and scams circulating, and many agencies that make false promises.

The intention of this web site is to make it easy for sellers to sell, and buyers to buy, without any of the fears and worries normally associated when dealing through an "agency". The site is offered as a totally free service with the intention of putting the con merchants out of business!
